Our practice was established in 1989 and provides hypnotherapy and related services such as NLP, EFT and life coaching.

We can help with a variety of conditions including addictions, anxieties, fears and phobias, emotional and relationship issues, eating disorders, insomnia, smoking, performance, weight and stress management.

We are in two locations, one in central Buckingham, the other in beautiful countryside between Milton Keynes and Buckingham.
