Our practice was established in 1989 and has been providing hypnotherapy services ever since.  We can help with a variety of conditions including addictions, anxieties, fears and phobias, emotional and relationship issues, eating disorders, insomnia, smoking, performance, weight and stress management.  More recently we have extended our services by introducing NLP and EFT therapies and life coaching.

We are in two locations, one in central Hemel Hempstead, the other in beautiful countryside between Milton Keynes and Buckingham.
